În lista documentelor necesare,dumneavoastră ați indicat,că este necesar,ca ofertantul să includă în ofertă "Actul care atestă dreptul de a livra bunuri/lucrări/servicii".Din câte cunosc,pentru comercializarea acestor mărfuri,nu este nevoie de licență.În fine,spuneți vă rog,dacă putem participa la această licitația fără atașarea actului dat.
