Bravo !!! Un etalon de caiet de sarcini în care sa scris tot ce-i posibil de scris dar din care nu-i clar nimic. Mai întâi testare, apoi testare element discret, apoi element, complex, apoi testare condensator, apoi preț pe condensator. Cereți preț pe piesă că în final să contractați numai servicii, evaluarea pe listă întreagă reieșind din prețul pe fiecare poziție de piese sau de servicii sau ????. Dați noțiunea SI exemplu de element discret ei element complex. Cereți preț pe condensator 3 buc in timp cînd într-un dispozitiv sunt sute de diferite tipuri si preturi, pe care să-l indicăm că în final să vă prestăm un serviciu de calitate SI sa mai avem SI un venit, probabil să-l oferim pe cel de un leu SI sa va amăgim că am schimbat 50 de condensatoare. Cel mai interesant este după ce criterii va lucra SI va lua decizii grupul de lucru. De cît să anunțați așa concurs de acum mai bine contractați direct, că oricum Asa o faceți.
