Nu toti producatorii de salamuri pot oferi termene de valabilitate mari, precum solicitati D-stra. In schimb acesti producatori pot oferi produse din carne (salamuri) naturale si fara conservanti, fapt pentru care termenul este mai mic, insa totodata nu atit de mic ca sa nu reusiti sa-l folositi conform destinatiei.
