Conform pragurilor prevazute de lege, aceasta procedura nu este de valoare mica. Pentru achizitii de valoare mare ar trebui sa fie atasat DUAE. Putem depune oferta fara DUAE?

Incalcarea prevederilor legislative
Question:
Dupa cum ati specificat in FDA, tipul procedurii este COP, deci termenele de solicitare a clarificarilor, conform legii (Articolul 35, alineat 1, lit.c) trebuie sa fie de 3 zile, si nu o zi, asa cum ati indicat.
Totodata, in documentele solicitate lipseste DUAE, care este obligatoriu conform Legii privind achizitiile publice. Va rugam sa il adaugati.
