Conform Legii 131, termenul de depunere a ofertelor, in cazul COP trebuie sa fie cel putin 7 zile (Art.57, alineat 6). De asemenea, perioada de solicitare a clarificarilor in cazul COP trebuie sa fie de 3 zile, si nu o zi (Articolul 35, alineat 1, lit.c).
Va rugam sa faceti modificarile necesare.
