De ce termenul de depunere este atat de tarziu?

De ce termenul de depunere este pana la 19 ianuarie, atat de aproape de zbor (20 ianuarie)? Se va reusi sa faceti licitatia, sa semnati contract, etc.? Preturile la bilete de avion inainte de zbor sunt cu mult mai mari. Daca rezervati mai devreme, veti economisi banii statului.
