Termeni de livrare, documentatia standard
Question:
Analizand cerintele din licitatie, va rugam sa ne dati urmatoarele clarificari:
1. Din moment ce anuntul procedurii de achizitie este publicati in sistemul electronic pe achizitii.md, va rugam sa ne explicati de ce procedura de achizitii nu are loc in sistemul electronic ci ofertele trebuie depuse la Telenesti str. C. Porumbescu 8.
2. Din anuntul la licitatie, reiese ca procedura de achizitie se va efectua prin licitare. Va rugam sa ne explicati cum o sa se efectuieze licitarea din moment ce documentele sunt depuse pe suport de hartie la sediul IMSP SR Telenesti ?
3. Termenul de valabilitate a ofertelor se solicita a fi de 60 zile. Totodata se solicita un temen de livrare de doar 10 zile. Reiesind din cerinta pentru termenul de valabilitate a ofertei, conchidem ca nu exista o urgenta pentru bunurile din procedura de achizitie. Termenul de 10 zile este un termen exrtem de mic. Acest termen in mare parte este suficient doar pentru transportarea si vamuirea bunurilor. Solicitam sa mariti termenul de livrare oferint posibilitatea ca in procedura de achizitie sa participa si agenti economici care nu au bunurile solicitate in stoc.
4. Rugam sa atasati documentatia standard inclusiv cu completarea clauzelor contractuale.
