Question:

Care va fi modalitatea de valuare? Pe lot sau pe pozitie? In anuntul de participare ati scris pe lot, iar in documentatia standard ati scris pe pozitie? La fel pe platforma trebuie sa introduceti pozitiile exact asa cum vor fi evaluate - evaluati pe lot atunci introduceti lotul sau daca evaluati pe pozitie atunci trebuie sa introduceti fiecare pozitie separat.

Bugetul planificat petru achizitia unui lot / unei pozitii poate fi doar estimativ. Cumparatorul nu poate sti din timp suma reala al unui lot pina nu a avut loc licitatia. Respectiv, la publicarea licitatiei trebuie sa alegeti corect tipul procedurii - cea care permite operatorilor economici sa ofere preturile sale, chiar si daca aceste preturi depasesc suma estimativa.
