În legătura cu faptul ca data organizării licitației se stabilește de către sistem în dependenta de solicitarea(suprasolicitare sistemului) acestuia și din motiv ca la moment sistemul a stabilit un interval de timp de 8 zile din momentul încetării depunerilor ofertelor și pînă la momentul organizării licitației. S-a decis de a anula procedura și de a repeta procedura .
