La procedura de achiziție este anunțat un singur lot ”Tractor cu utilaj atașabil multifuncțional și remorcă”. Criteriul de evaluare a ofertelor este ”cel mai mic preț fără TVA” pe întregul lot (Tractor+remorcă+utilaj atașabil multifuncțional).
Astfel, operatorii economici vor depune oferta pentru întregul lot ce va include toate componentele indicate în specificația tehnică solicitată.
