Întru executarea Deciziei Agenției Naționale pentru Soluționarea Contes-tațiilor Nr.03D-518-18 din 27.11.18, privind soluționarea contestației formu-late de către „Moldtelecom” SA, înregistrată la Agenția Națională pentru So-luționarea Contestațiilor cu nr. 02/591/18 la data de 07.11.2018 pe marginea procedurii de achiziție publică nr. MD-2048-11-02-000041-1 din 19.11.2018 și în temeiul art. 71 alin.(1) lit.g) și alin. (2) din Legea nr.131 din 03.07.2015 privind achizițiile publice (republicată în temeiul art.II alin.(3) lit. b) al Legii nr. 169 din 26 iulie 2018 – Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, nr.321-332, art.527), se anulează procedura de achiziție Concursul prin cere-rea ofertelor de prețuri nr. MD-2018-11-02-000041-1 din 18 noiembrie 2018 privind achiziționarea serviciilor de telefonie mobilă corporativă.
