caiet de sarcini neconform si incomplet
Question:
1. conform legii nr. 131 art. 37 (4) nu se permite indicarea concreta a modelului
2. solicitati doar trei camere, insa mai cereti 3 registratoare a cite 8 canele, 3 HDD 2TB, 3 5-poe switch - nu este clara logica, cumulativ avem 24 canale pentru numai 2 camere spre instalare (acceasi intrebare si la memorie, si la switch)?
3. nu ati preconizat cablu de retea, electric, canal cablu si alte materiale - vor fi oferite de Beneficiar?
4. bugetul preconizat este subestimat in raport cu cele solicitate, mai ales ca au fost omise sute de metri de cablu.
