3. Insistăm la Windows 7 Pro - e o versiune stabilă; învechită, însă cu posibilitatea upgrade-urilor.

Cu second hand echipament daca garantie va fi nu din partea producatorului voi va avea multe probleme cu OEM licenta Windows.
"În cazul unei defecțiuni sau al înlocuirii plăcii de bază, licența OEM încetează să mai funcționeze și pentru computer este necesară o nouă licență. O excepție este numai înlocuirea plăcii de bază sub garanție, de aceeași sau similară."
